Chinese Rural Comprehensive Reform: Theoretical Innovation,Key Contradictions and Countermeasures

As a systematic project,Chinese rural comprehensive reform(hereinafter referred to as "the reform") involved multiple dimensions such as rural governance,economy,culture,society and ecology,which laid a solid foundation for the overall reform in China.Western rural development theory had been proved to be insufficient to support Chinese rural reform.Therefore,theoretical innovation became urgent in the fields of rural governance,government functions,public finance and rural-urban integration etc.In recent years,Chinese rural comprehensive reform had been adjusting itself to the requirements of the "new normal".And during the process of agricultural modernization,the bottlenecks included the contradictory relationships between reform,development and overall stability,agricultural simplification and industrial diversification,economic development and environmental protection,rapid development of urban areas and slow progress of rural areas,grassroots governance and democratic supervision etc.Proper countermeasures would help to settle the above contradictions.

《职业发展与就业指导》课的主要目标就是帮助大学生树立正确的就业观,科学规划自己的职业生涯,掌握求职技巧,提高自己的就业竞争力。随着就业竞争的激烈程度与日俱增,高校就业指导课教学改革显得更加迫切。"分组教学法"中既有小组成员间理论的探讨,又有小组成员间密切合作完成实践项目。     

新媒体时代计算机专业就业指导课程教改探索

新媒体技术的广泛应用,对大学生尤其是计算机专业的大学生的思想行为和学习生活产生了深远的影响,在很大程度上拓展了教学空间,给计算机专业就业指导课程教学改革带来机遇。本文通过对计算机专业就业指导课程教学现状分析,把握新媒体技术带来的机遇,引入慕课教学和O2O模式教学,对新媒体时代计算机专业就业指导课程教学改革提出了可行的建议。

琥珀核桃仁是云南传统特色食品,早在上世纪90年代初就多次获奖,至今仍然是核桃小食品的主销品种。然而其加工工艺及技术要求已不能适应时代要求,急需升级适应精准人群的精准营养和功能需求,提升核心竞争力,并加强知识产权保护。     

A typology of agricultural production systems: Capability building trajectories of three Asian economies

Analysing the agricultural sectors of Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore, this paper examines the capability‐building process that encourages productivity and innovation. It describes and explains the origins and subsequent evolution of three forms of agricultural production system, each generating different farming capabilities and distinct forms of competitive advantages. The paper argues that Taiwan's rice‐oriented agricultural production system stimulates both productivity and innovation, helping Taiwanese farmers raise their income level and living standards. The active deployment of state institutions and a malleable labour force, evidenced in the Malaysian palm oil industry, is effective in raising farming productivity but not the ability to innovate. Singapore's aquaculture‐oriented agricultural production system is somewhat useful in stimulating productivity and innovation. Yet the city‐state's inherent lack of space and open international trade regime have circumscribed the potential of its aquaculture industry. It now relies on the regional ethnic Chinese business networks to expand the aquaculture industry's knowledge base and its industrial commons. The principles discussed in this paper provide policy lessons, or at least some initial guidance, for other developing economies aspiring to modernise their agricultural sector.     

我国渔业装备科研机构专利分析与对策研究

为分析我国渔业装备科研机构的专利发展现状和科技创新能力,以中国水产科学研究院渔业机械仪器研究所为例,使用PatSnap平台和文献计量法,分析了专利申请类型、申请趋势、国际专利申请情况、专利合作情况、技术领域、法律状态和重点专利等指标。结果表明,该研究所主要专利类型为发明专利,专利申请量增长迅速,但国际专利申请较少,有效专利占比不高；主要通过与其他高校或科研院所进行专利合作,其次是企业；专利优势集中在网箱、自动、鱼类、清洗、池塘；循环水、去除、海水；生物、水体、净化；监测、测试方法、救生筏；射流、真空；返回舱、船用、补偿、液压等领域。针对当前存在的问题,提出加强产学研协同创新、稳步推进国际合作、提高专利存活率和技术转化率等对策及建议。     

网络嵌入性、商业模式创新与企业竞争优势关系研究

基于商业模式创新中介效应，依据全国314家企业问卷调查的样本数据，运用多元线性回归方法，考量网络嵌入性、商业模式创新和企业竞争优势之间关系，结果发现：关系嵌入性、结构嵌入性与竞争优势均有显著的正向关系；商业模式创新在关系嵌入性、结构嵌入性与企业竞争优势的关系中起着中介作用。鉴此，企业应注重构建不同形式的网络嵌入，推动商业模式的调整与变革，以提高企业竞争优势。

针对国家农业科技园区对科技创新服务平台的需求,该文提出了一种基于信息化技术的解决方法。该方法在可察、可考和可用的三重要求下,首先明确角色及其相互关系,规范了角色的业务需求和主要的业务流程。遵循设计的角色、需求和流程,系统开发部署后测试稳定、正常。可以有效支撑国家农业科技园区的相关科技活动。
